Our jewelry pieces are crafted from quality materials such as sterling silver 925, 14K,18K,22K and even 24K gold, and genuine gemstones both precious and semi-precious.

3. Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?

We offer a variety of gemstones, including both natural and lab-created options. By default all the jewellery pieces are crafted with natural gemstones. If you wish to opt for a synthetic/lab created option email us at: info@pemberlydiamonds.com

Yes, we offer variety of customization for certain jewelry pieces. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific requirements and design preferences. 

5. How do I care for and clean my jewelry?

We provide care instructions for each type of jewelry on our Care and Maintenance page. Following these guidelines will help keep your jewelry looking its best.

6. What is your return and exchange policy? We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or 30 days exchange, given that there are no alterations, scratches, damage etc made on the jewellery. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for detailed information.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Best way to communicate with us would be via WhatsApp :)

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Generally, orders are processed within 1 business day (weekends are exception) and shipping times vary from 1-7 business days. This does not apply to custom orders; However we do provide quick customisation for the all kinds of occasions. Remember Quick with Quality!
